Joining an established team of telephone advisers, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales leader, reporting to the Head of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity to change lives through distance learning - supporting individuals in choosing the right course for them!
Full-time: permanent role, Monday to Friday (two-week rota 9-5.30pm/10.30-7pm, and 1 Saturday per month).
Location: Solihull (near NEC, B37).
Salary: inclusive of a basic salary of up to£30,000, + excellent commission structure with potential earnings of circa £40,000.

What it’s all about…
- Supporting and motivating the team in meeting individual and team targets as well as KPIs.
- Managing your own leads to hit target.
- Weekly reporting and reviewing of team performance.
- Leading a monthly sales meeting to review the previous month and plan for the month ahead.
- Contributing towards team rota schedules.
- Ensuring call process is followed and reviewed.
What we need from you…
- Proven experience in successfully supporting a team and driving performance.
- Experience in a target driven environment, leading from the front and setting an example.
- Can prioritise and handle multiple tasks to support the role and team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of audiences.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Are highly self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Experience using Hubspot, or other CRM reporting systems.
