On behalf of our fabulous client, we are searching for an enthusiastic experienced Regional Field Agent to join their established and growing team within the property industry!

Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, the Regional Field Agent will be joining the sales team where you will play an important part in actively building new relationships within the estate agency and property field to drive new business opportunities and support company growth!

Full time: Permanent role, Mon - Fri (Remote)

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary:£35,000 (OTE up to £80,000)

What it’s all about…

  • Connect with estate agents, forge relationships to facilitate off-market purchases
  • Present company propositions to assist motivated sellers
  • Conduct face to face meetings and activities in order to establish rapport and secure potential opportunities
  • Act as the primary liaison between estate agents and the company
  • Ensure smooth communications and transactions between all parties
  • Strategically build a pipeline of potential purchases through networking opportunities
  • Participate in sales strategies and initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of the company

What we need from you…

  • Proven track record within a fast passed sales environment
  • Experience of working withing the property field
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
