We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fabulous real estate investment company who are looking for an experienced, customer focussed Operations Manager to join their fast-growing team, to support in overseeing the running of their modern co-working developments.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager role will involve:
Being the first point of contact and building relationships with all stakeholders.
Delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
Day-to-day management of the coworking developments.
Encouraging and supporting the operations team.
You will be expected to maintain and build relationships with many different people internally and externally.
Location: Bromley and Dartford.
Type: Full-time – maternity cover (approximately 6 months).
Hours: Monday to Friday (office-based) – hours are flexible.
Salary: £38,000 (plus commission).
To be considered for this Operations Manager position, you are required to have recently worked in a similar sales position within the serviced office and facilities industry.
The Operations Manager’s responsibilities consist, of but are not restricted to:
Maintaining all facilities and office space, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Managing the Operations Assistant, encouraging, supporting, and offer training where required.
Manage enquiries and lead viewings, gauging requirements, and writing a client proposal.
Monitoring of staff performance, setting objectives, and holding regular reviews.
Conducting daily team meetings to ensure collaboration, support, and to overview success stories.
Overseeing administrative duties, ensuring all files and billing systems are maintained.
Ensuring heath and safety and fire safety procedures are adhered to and are followed by the team and clients.
Ensure all maintenance issues are reported and resolved.
To be successful in gaining an interview for this strategy Operations Manager role, we are looking for someone who has:
Previous management experience in a coworking or facilities management position.
Experience in day-to-day management of an office space.
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and employment law.
Previous sales experience within a lease office space.
Able to prioritise and identify solutions in a timely manner.
Excellent personal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
Confident in using Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
