We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fabulous real estate and property investment company who are looking for a passionate and experienced, customer focussed operations manager, to join their fast-growing team, to support in oversee the running of, and help to grow their sleek and contemporary apartments.

Reporting directly to the head of operations, the Operations Manager role will involve:

  • Existing portfolio of clients as well as to onboard future pipelines
  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service

You will be expected to maintain and build relationships with many different people internally and externally.

Location: Bromley & Knightsbridge

Type: Full Time – Maternity Cover (Approx 6 months – scope to become permanent)

Hours: Monday to Friday (office based) – Hours are Flexible

Salary: Up to £38,000 (plus commission)

To be considered for this operations manager position you are required to have recently worked in a similar sales position within the serviced accommodation and hospitality industry.

The operations manager responsibilities consist of but are not restricted to:

  • Production, procurement, and planning of daily operational functions
  • Manage corporate accounts and maintaining guest relations
  • Manage new customer and property onboarding process
  • Appraising new property deals and opportunities
  • Listing properties on OTA’s (online travel agents)
  • Review company financials and make suggestions
  • Manage the preopening for new sites, working alongside all stakeholders
  • Oversea the execution of tasks, ensuring completion and results
  • Dealing telephone calls and responding to emails with regards booking details
  • Ensuring office policies and procedures are maintained
  • Responsible for Health & Safety, and risk assessments, and monitor compliance tasks

To be successful in gaining an interview for this operations manager role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven management experience in serviced accommodation or hospitality position
  • Track record of managing KPI’s and ROI’s effectively
  • Confident in negotiation and networking
  • Able to prioritise and identify solutions in a timely manner
  • Excellent personal & communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Confident in using Microsoft word and excel, and good financial literacy
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
