We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing real estate investment company who are looking for an experienced, strategic and self-motivated marketing manager, to join its growing team, to lead on all marketing projects.
The marketing manager role will involve:
- Being hand-on to lead development of marketing strategies and marketing plans
- Managing a team of marketing associates to successfully execute the day-to-day marketing tasks and projects
You will be expected to maintain and build relationships with many different people internally and externally.
Location: Bromley (some travel to Knightsbridge & Dartford)
Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday (office based) – Hours are Flexible
Salary: £42,000
To be considered for this head of marketing position you are required to have recently worked in a similar position, ideally within the real estate industry.
The marketing manager responsibilities consist of, but are not restricted to:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email and social marketing
- Execute and monitor all marketing and brand communications
- Oversee and manage company social media channels ensuring consistent and engaging content
- Optimise lead generation and management
- Lead and review creative projects as well as creating marketing assets
- Prioritise work schedules as well as resources
- Conduct market research to inform strategies and analyse market trends
- Collaborate with all stakeholders in order to align marketing strategies
- Build, supervise and coordinate a cross functional team
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and manage expenses
- Manage and spearhead content strategies
- Produce and present final concepts for approval
To be successful in gaining an interview for this marketing manager role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Educated to degree level, in Marketing or a similar field
- Proven marketing experience within the real estate industry
- Success in leading a team and executing marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, graphic design, video editing software and social media platforms and trends
- Proven experience of creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
- Advanced analysis and interpretation skills, with a proven track record of managing KPI’s
- The ability to relate to and build relationships with all professionals in the field
- Able to prioritise and identify solutions in a timely manner
- Excellent personal & communication skills, both written and verbally
- Strong work ethic and amazing attitude
