Working on behalf of an amazing established distance learning business we are looking for a customer focussed and business oriented Digital Product Manager to join a cross-functional engineering team.

This is a newly created position reporting to the Head of Ecommerce where you will be defining and delivering on vision, strategy and execution of the business’s digital product portfolio.

For an experienced Digital Product Manager to join the engineering team, to shape the product management processes to ensure impactful outcomes for customers, the learners and the business, collaborating with the engineering, marketing and operations teams to develop and optimise digital products.

Full Time: Permanent role

Location: Solihull – B37 (Hybrid – 3 days office based)

Salary: Up to £60,000

What it's all about…

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the product vision and strategy for digital products
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing business goals with customer insights, and technical feasibility
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products
  • Conducting market research, competitor Analysis and analysing findings
  • Identify improvement areas and informed strategic decisions
  • Partner with engineering and marketing teams to deliver impactful digital solutions
  • Establish and measure product success metrics
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to maximise product adoption and impact
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors and service providers
  • Foster a culture of continuous development

What we will need from you…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology or related field
  • Certification in Product Management, Agile, or Lean methodologies
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or a similar role managing products
  • Familiarity working within the Education or E-Learning sector is desirable
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and customer experience design
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful digital products
  • Strong ability to define and communicate clear product vision and strategy
  • Proficient in product management tools such as Notion, JIRA, Trello or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
