We are looking for a passionate and motivated Learner Services Co-Ordinator to join our Learner Services Support team!

Full time: Permanent role, Mon - Fri (9am – 5pm)
Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)
Salary:£24,000 (with potential to earn commission)

What it’s all about…
- Speaking with students on the telephone as well as on email
- Processing orders and resolving complaints
- Maintaining student database
- Supporting the sales and management teams with ad hoc administrative duties
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Ensure timely and effective answers to enquiries
- Achieve and exceed KPI’s
What we need from you…
- Experience working in a similar customer service focussed role
- Confidence in speaking with students over the phone and answering emails
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Passion to provide the best customer service experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage your workload
