Joining an established award-winning distance education provider, we are looking for an experienced and results oriented Assistant Internal Sales Manager to join the sales advisor team to support the Internal Sales Manager in sales and revenue growth!
This is an exciting opportunity to change lives through distance learning - supporting individuals in choosing the right course for them!
Full time: Permanent role, Mon - Fri (2 week rota 9-5.30pm/ 10.30-7pm/ plus weekend and bank holiday cover)
Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)
Salary: Inclusive of a basic salary of up to£32,000, + excellent commission structure with potential earnings of circa £40,000

What it’s all about…
- Assist with coaching and inspiring an established sales team
- Motivate and encourage the team through positive communication and feedback
- Be visible and available to support the team when the Internal Sales Manager is unavailable
- Help to ensure the team meets their targets as well as your own personal sales target
- Assist the Internal Sales Manager with sales strategies and staff incentives
- Assist the Internal Sales Manager to ensure calls meet our quality standards
- Supporting the team with their lead/pipeline management
- Supporting the team to ensure KPI’s are met
- Assist in interviews for new sales staff
- Assist with staff appraisals
What we need from you…
- Experience working in an Assistant Sales Manager role or similar
- Proven experience in successfully supporting a team and driving performance
- Previous experience in analysing data
- Self-motivated individual who is positive and enthusiastic
- Experience in using a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
- Able to multitask with excellent organisational and communication skills
