Full Time: Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:45am-5:15pm)

Location: Ashbourne (Hybrid)

What it’s all about…

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager within the finance sector, who is well organised and flexible, and who has excellent communication and the ability to talk people at all levels.

As an assistant account manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss and advise on their businesses and financial affairs.
  • Carrying out AD hoc assignments
  • Preparing of statutory accounts, manage accounts and tax computations.
  • Working with varying software packages including CCH, sage, Xero

The successful candidate for the role of an assistant account manager will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified by experience.
  • Experience with limited companies and traders-both annual accounts and management accounts
  • Knowledge of using a range of ICT including Excel, and any ERP systems experience (sage, xero etc)
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills in meeting deadlines along with the attention to details.
  • Corporation Tax knowledge
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications across all business levels
